If you have an Individual account with OptionsHouse, you may contribute to your OptionsHouse IRA account in just a few clicks.  While logged in to your account, follow these steps:

• Click the Manage Accounts button
• Select the Transfer Funds tab
• Go to Internal Journal

For Standard OptionsHouse platform users, click Transfer Funds, then Internal Journal.

All Other Account Types

For accounts other than individual accounts, you can journal funds using the Cash and/or Security Journal Request Form.*

*IRA’s may only be funded with cash, we cannot accept a journal of securities from a non-qualified account into your IRA.

Use the information below to arrange an incoming wire transfer with your bank or other financial institution. OptionsHouse does not accept incoming third party wire transfer requests.  A wire transfer request may be considered third party if the name on the sending account does not match the name on the OptionsHouse account.  Wire transfer requests from a trust or business account (with the exception of DBA accounts) to an individual or joint account are considered to be third party and will not be accepted.

Incoming wire transfers will be credited to your account the next business day after being received.

Outgoing Wire Transfer

You can request a wire-transfer withdrawal through the OptionsHouse Trading Platform.

Outgoing wire transfer requests received after 1:00 pm (CT) will typically be processed the next business day.

From the Manage Accounts screen, select the “Transfer Funds” tab. (Note: IRAs and specialized accounts do not have this tab on their platform. Please call customer service toll free at 1-877-653-2500 for assistance). From here, click on “ACH,” select the “Deposit to my OptionsHouse Account” radio button, enter an amount to transfer, and hit the “Submit” button.

Verify the information.  If incorrect, click “Edit” and make the necessary changes.  If correct, click “Submit.”

Once you are in the “Manage Account” box please click the “Transfer Funds” tab at the top. Once in the “Transfer Funds” window please click “Manage ACH Relationships” located below the “Financial Institution” field:

Please click “Verify Micro Deposits” located on the left side of the screen:

Please enter the two amounts that have been deposited at your bank. These should be from Apex Clearing Corporation. Once complete please click “submit”

At this point, the ACH relationship has been fully established. If you have previously requested a transfer of funds (i.e., during the application process) it will now process automatically. You can also transfer additional funds at this time. (You can verify if you have a pending transfer in the Transaction History section of the Transfer Funds Screen).

Below is a timetable which details our ACH holding periods. Note that this information excludes market holidays and is only for active ACH relationships that have already completed microdeposit verification.

To make an ACH contribution, please make sure you are logged in to the account you would like to deposit funds.

• To add an ACH relationship please click the “Add ACH Relationship” located directly below the “Financial Institution” box.

• You will be prompted with a three step screen, please click “Establish ACH Relationship” located above the third box to continue.

• Please read and agree to the ACH terms and conditions by checking the box located on the lower left side and select “continue.”

• Please input all banking information for the account you would like to link with your account and select “continue.”

• Please review your banking information and select “submit” if this information is correct.

• You will then receive confirmation of your new ACH relationship.
